Cauê Suplicy
Cauê is the man behind Barnana, the #1 organic banana chip brand in the US. His main goal is to introduce Americans to delicious snacks that offer quality for consumers and care for the planet. The brand’s rapid growth has allowed him to maintain the core value of paying smallholder farmers – many of whom are indigenous to the Amazon – a 30% premium for growing organic bananas and bananas using regenerative methods. His passion for turning bananas into delicious and sustainable snacks has helped him accelerate the upcycled food movement, which has been growing in recent years.

Daniel Cady
With the lecture Is the future healthier? The importance of a more natural and sustainable lifestyle , nutritionist Daniel Cady offers an in-depth analysis of the challenges facing modern society in relation to health and sustainability and highlights how our daily choices in food, exercise, consumption and lifestyle impact not only our own health, but also that of the entire society.

Murilo Gun
Murilo Gun is a speaker and creativity teacher, and was also one of the pioneers of the internet and stand-up comedy in Brazil. He toured the country, launched a show on Netflix and hosted programs on SBT, Multishow and Comedy Central. In 2014, he spent three months living at a NASA research center in Silicon Valley, studying futurism at Singularity University, and upon his return he founded KEEP LEARNING SCHOOL, an online creativity course school. Currently, in addition to being a speaker, he organizes events and immersions on creativity and self-knowledge.

Rogerio Dias
President of the Instituto Brasil Orgânico, Rogerio is an agronomist who graduated from UFRRJ, where he began his interest in the organic movement and, together with other students, participated in the creation of CEA – Center for Agronomic Studies. Throughout his career, he has dedicated himself to agronomy and movements surrounding the organic world. On June 12, he will be the mediator of the Public Policy Panel: Transforming Agroecology and Organic Production in Brazil – Political Vision/Technical Vision.
Alexandre Hurberto Harkaly
With a degree in Agronomy, he founded the Demeter Center, which became the Biodynamic Agriculture Association (ABD), where he was the Coordinating Director for several terms. He was a member of the Standards Council of the International Federation of Organic Agriculture Movements (IFOAM) and Director of Demeter International, where he is still a member of the Accreditation Council. He was also part of the first WG created by the Ministry of Agriculture to regulate the sector, which eventually gave rise to the National Committee for Organic Products, which generated Normative Instruction No. 007/1999. He created IBD Certifications – currently the largest organic product certifier in Latin America – where he is the Executive Director. Alexandre will participate in the debates Centennial of Biodynamics in the World: Commercialization, CSA and Demeter Certification and International Panorama of Production and Commercialization of Organic Food and Products in the World on June 13.
Ana Carolina Bauer
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering from UNIVILLE, a master’s degree in Biodiversity Conservation and Sustainable Development from ESCAS – Escola Superior de Conservação Ambiental e Sustentabilidade (Higher School of Environmental Conservation and Sustainability), and a postgraduate degree in the MBA in Social Impact Business Management and Occupational Safety Engineering from UNISOCIESC. The conservation analyst at WWF-Brazil has extensive experience in managing conservation projects and management systems (environmental, social, quality and occupational safety), as well as skills in working on socio-biodiversity issues, working with value chains and traditional communities in the Cerrado biome, implementing projects that aim to strengthen production and access to the most diverse markets. On June 24, she will be present at the lecture Responsible Markets by Conexsus.
Luiz Carlos Rebelatto
He is an agronomist and gastrologist, specializing in Agroecology and Sustainable Development. The Sebrae Competitiveness Analyst will present the lecture From Brazil to the Table – Products of origin: A showcase of differentiated products from small producers, on June 14.
Alessandra Luglio
Nutritionist graduated from the University of São Paulo, with an extension in Circular Economy at Berkeley University – CA/USA. Alessandra is the director of the health and nutrition department of the Brazilian Vegetarian Society (SVB), ambassador and collaborator in the nutrition area of SeaShepherd Brasil, founder of Ale Luglio Nutrição – a company that provides consulting services to companies in the food and supplements area, as well as co-coordinator and professor of postgraduate courses in vegetarian nutrition. Speaker in the area of conscious nutrition, sports, vegetarianism and sustainability, circular economy and ESG, also organizer of proprietary immersion events in health, production chains, sustainability and ESG. On June 15th she will be the presenter of From the plate to the planet: Nourishing a better future for all and Vegetable proteins: What are they, where do they live?
Leila Okumura
Graduated in Business Administration from FEA-USP, with an MBA from Vlerick Business School – Belgium and an MBA from Ibmec – São Paulo. Leila worked for over 15 years helping large companies develop new product launch strategies in Brazil, Belgium and Italy. Since 2018, she has dedicated herself to promoting Local Consumption in Brazil, helping local brands to be more competitive in Brazilian retail. She is also the co-founder of Local.e, a digital platform that accelerates the growth of local brands, facilitating their journey to retail. On June 12th and 13th, Leila will be the mediator of the INCUBADORA LOCALE NATURALTECH presenting 15 innovative startups in the natural products market and How to expand the presence of natural and organic products in specialized stores and supermarkets? in addition to presenting the lecture How to be successful in supermarkets, on June 15th.
Valeska de Oliveira
Executive with a solid academic background and a professional career spanning over 15 years, strongly linked to the Management of Sector Associations, with a focus on the Fruit & Vegetable segment and the Organization of Business Events. For almost a decade, she has been part of the Francal Fairs team, where she has held several positions, and is currently Head of Products for the Sustainability Vertical. In this role, she leads the largest fair in Latin America for Organic and Sustainable Products. In addition, she is the Country Manager in Brazil for the International Fresh Produce Association – IFPA, a global association for fresh products. Her mission in this position is to boost the consumption of Fruits, Flowers, Vegetables and Greens, by strengthening and organizing the industry. She will be present at the lecture Organic Market and Commercialization in Brazil, on June 13th.
