The 18th edition of BIO BRAZIL FAIR | BIOFACH LATINA AMERICA and NATURALTECH has a full schedule, with events and attractions that will make you specialize even more in the organic and natural market.

Among the actions that delve deeper into the themes of this industry, from those that promote sustainability to those that carry out brand recognition, the second edition of BIO BRAZIL FAIR | BIOFACH AMERICA LATINA and NATURALTECH AWARD stands out, whose main objective is to praise good products on the market, encourage continuous portfolio improvements and thus continue to move healthy product categories towards the Clean Label trend.

The awards were organized into the following categories: food, beverages, supplements, innovation, and as new features for the 2024 edition: sustainability and plant-based.

To classify each product from the participating companies, criteria such as nutritional profile, sensory aspects, sustainability issues and product and/or packaging innovation were analyzed. The jury was made up of renowned health professionals, nutritionists and doctors, and the evaluation was carried out in a credible, ethical and completely impartial manner. They are:

Solarius Organics – Vegan Lasagna with Trifolati Funghi and Truffled Mushrooms

Vegan Funghi Lasagna stuffed with Funghi Trifolati, Truffled Mushrooms with walnuts, cream cheese and cashew mozzarella. 100% vegetable and biodegradable packaging that can still be used in the oven, making the product innovative. In addition to being gourmet, organic and vegan of the highest quality, the product is rich in nutrients and proteins of vegetable origin, made with three types of mushrooms: shitake, portobello and Chilean funghi, as well as natural truffles and no artificial flavors. The external and protective packaging of the product is composed of two parts: a bag made of 100% eucalyptus cellulose and the recycled cardboard box, printed with vegetable ink.

Lyovibes – Freeze-Dried Mushroom Quinoa Risotto

Risotto made from quinoa (quinoto) and natural ingredients. Through a process called freeze-drying, in which only the water is removed, its nutritional and sensory characteristics are preserved. Its composition makes it a product rich in proteins and fibers, being highly functional and nutritious for the body, providing satiety. In addition to the practicality of just adding boiling water to consume it, it can even be prepared inside the packaging itself. It is a practical and lightweight way to carry a complete meal with you.

Mun Alimentos – Organic soy tempeh

Born to be the star of your plate, tempeh is full of nutrients, is environmentally friendly and extremely tasty. It has numerous health benefits, containing prebiotics, based on fermented soy, which help promote healthy bacteria in your intestine. In addition to being super protein-rich (about 19g of protein per 100g) and very rich in dietary fiber, it is an easy-to-digest, simple, healthy food made with few ingredients.

NAVEIA – Oat milk with mango

Oat-based drink with a golden yellow color from the Ubá mango used in the composition. There is no added aromas or cane sugar, with all the sweetness, color and flavor coming from the Ubá mango pulp.

Nutrify – Good Mood

GOOD MOOD is a combination of researched active ingredients to create a unique and efficient formulation, providing anti-stress benefits (against anxiety, improved mood and tension). Surreal Bisks – Assorted salty snack flavored with cassava and rosemary; mango and turmeric; chlorella; beetroot

Baked savory snacks made with cassava and beans, vegan, gluten-free and preservative-free. This mix allows you to combine the 4 flavors, which when mixed in your mouth create an explosion of unique flavors in surreal combinations.
